qlc+ velleman dll

when i follow the instructins on add the velleman dll file and open qlc+ en choose a ficture qlc+ closses everytime pleas help

Simple solution: Don't use the Velleman. The .dll is from the Windows XP era and this O.S. is not supported anymore.
It should be deleted from the list of supported devices.
How / where did you still get hold of one? It's crap.
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
