Hi guys,
I'm having serious problems with an imported session (perfectly working on another Windows 10 device). When I try to open it, QLC+ automatically shuts down without any kind of advice. There is no way to open the session, nor keeping QLC open once I double click on the session file.
Session includes three custom-fixtures: other sessions work perfectly on this device, but they include only two of my custom-made fixtures. That makes no sense because, as I said, on another computer I get the session perfectly with these three fixtures.
I'm using QLC 4.12.5, on Windows 10 Home, version 20H2 on a brand new computer.
Looking for any help.

There is any mismatch in your output device!
Open your workspace in a text editor. search for <InputOutputMap>
Remove the following 3 lines:
<Output Plugin="DMX USB" UID="DMX USB PRO - Uscita DMX 1 - (S/N: EN342766)" Line="0">
<PluginParameters UniverseChannels="122"/>
</Output>
save the file - now qlc can load the workspace!
Open your workspace in a text editor. search for <InputOutputMap>
