Macbook Not Works output but windows works

Hello everybody,
I have a problem, I bought a DMX card to use with QLC plus. And I use QLC because I have a macbook. However, when selecting the dmx board in the output and then going to the simple desk and sending some signal to the led cannons, nothing happens. The program recognizes the board, but it does not turn on the LED light on it and does not send the signals to the LED cannons.
But to my surprise, the same card, on windows QLC, worked perfectly, using the same settings.
I already installed the drives on the mac but nothing was resolved.
Another curiosity, is that on Windows appears 1 line of DMX Usb, but on Mac appears Two.

1 line in WIndows and 2 on Mac is a driver issue. So I'd start verifying the drivers.
In your screenshot, you see that the DMX bus is running at 30Hz ... Is this the same speed at your windows setup?
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
