RGB Matix Help

Hello all! Perhaps I don't understand the use of the RGB Matrix but no matter what I do it won't turn on any of my instruments. We have a very simple setup of 19 Elation Sixpar 200 in a single row from left to right across our stage. I would like to create a ping pong chase that goes from red to blue then back again. When I try this with the RGB Matrix nothing happens. HELP! Please and thank you.

You need to make sure the dimmer channel of each fixture is up.

... and use the DMX monitor to fully understand what is going on ... By looking at the monitor, you would have noticed RGB-values changing, but no dimmer information being present.
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
