Hi All,
I have an Enttec DMX/USB compatible dongle that I have used for a few years without any problems. I have recently changed my laptop and now, on the new laptop, the dongle is not showing in the list of Input/Output devices. Can anyone please help? I am using QLC+ 4.12.2.
Many thanks

Maybe the ftdi drivers are not installed on this new laptop?

Thanks for reply. I think that is probably my problem, missing ftdi drivers. But I'm not sure where to get this driver, looking on the 'net I'm finding different drivers, VCP D2xx D3xx. Which one should i use and where should i download it from?
Many thanks

Update:
I found the drivers and installed onto laptop, but it hasn't helped. In the Input/Output it is showing DMX USB None. I've decided to buy a new dongle, wait to see if that works!

Trying installing the Enttec pro manager and see if it can 'see' the device.
