I am a beginner and I have a problem ...
I use QLC+ with uDMX; I connect a 4-channel RGB PAR; if I open the simple desk, all the cursos work; from the management of the functions the cursors do not cause effects; also in this situation the monitor does not record increases in channel values ...
who can help me?

When simple desk has control over the channels (red X underneath the sliders) they overrule everything else.
That could be the problem you are facing in what you call 'management' -> what we call VC or Virtual Console
Press all red 'X' and then try to create a cue. While you edit the cue the values will be sent to DMX.
And have a look at the instruction video's. They will learn you a lot.
