Issues with sACN

I'm using 4.12.2 as a pass through converter from multicast sACN to unicast sACN. While it does work I get a slow strobe effect on it's output. I'm using ETC EOS as the control source and sACNView does not show this "flicker". ETC help write the 1.31 standard and they implement priority per channel as well as priority per universe. I'm not sure if this is the issue or not. It only happens when using their software as the source. Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations. I like this software and don't want to drop the money on a dedicated Cisco router that does multicast to unicast conversion. Thanks!
