So I'm running QLC+ on a Raspberry Pi, and that's all my little computer is doing, and its doing it great. No real issues to deal with. But, the shows are outside lighting at home and come on at dusk and off at 10:45pm. I'm assuming there is an easy way to open the show file at startup, which in turn will launch QLC+, but not in Operate Mode.
So is there a way to have QLC+ go into Operate Mode automatically? I haven't done the leg work on getting the Pi on a schedule, or have it open the right file, but I"m assuming this isn't mission impossible... Any suggestions appreciated...

So this doesn't do want I need, unless I'm doing something wrong with is very possible. While in the Functions tab at the bottom, I'm clicking on the green flag icon, and am greeted with a list of chasers, matrix, scenes, sequences, and shows. I select a Scene, and click OK. Next I SAVE the workspace. Then I close the app.
So when I open the app, I'm still in Design Mode, not in Operate Mode, but when I do put it in Operate mode, it does goes to the scene I've previously selected.
I'm really hoping there is a way the app can start and automatically go into Operate Mode, without intervention.
I'm using a different computer to send OSC commands to start particular "shows".... If there was a keyboard shortcut to toggle between operate and design mode, I could make a widget and have it activate via OSC (perhaps..?) but don't see a keyboard shortcut to make that happen....
Basically is there ANYWAY to get the program into Operate Mode, aside from manually clicking on the icon to do so??

Did you have a look at kiosk mode? https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN/kioskmode.html
or the command line parameters? https://www.qlcplus.org/docs/html_en_EN ... eters.html
They are both well documented

Hey there.
That was a BIG help! I can half way see myself to writing a script that will open the app with a given workspace, and enter into Operate Mode. This should really solve all my problems. The rest is done via the OSC commands.
BUT... I can't get the workspace to open. I'm using the command o- and then the workspace name. (-o name.qxw), but nothing happens. I'e even tried "Open name.qxw", and "--Open name.qxw". In all cases the app opens, but no workspace is loaded. My workspace files are in my Documents folder on my RasberryPi, but am halfway thinking they should be stored elsewhere for the Open command to work. I even tried opening in Kiosk mode with a workspace, but that didn't work either.
Any suggestions ?
