Several issues with external controls

Several issues I encountered when using external controls:

1: When a multi-page frame is disabled (also when in design mode) external page control does still work, but the feedback does not, so the external control gets out of sync.
2: Sliders/Knobs do not catchup on a page switch, so when the external value is already equal to the current value you still need to move away from current value and back again first.
3: General master does not catchup with the external control when loading the workspace.
4: Cue list fader does not catchup with the external control (So when out of sync and moving the external fader it will jump to the next cue and than fade back to the current cue)

Additional issues not specifically related to external control, but very disturbing during a show:
5: You cannot fade-in the first scene of a cuelist with the fader (But you can fade-out the last scene.)
6: You cannot select the starting cue with prev/next buttons before starting since pressing prev/next will imediately start the cuelist! (But selecting the first cue with the mouse or cursor keys does not start the cuelist
).

All issues can be reproduced with the attached test workspace.
