Hello,
Please, post someone an adequate guide on how to get sufficient audio level from PC or external device to the Audio Triggers widget (Windows 10 , QLC+ ver 4.12.2).
I have read the manual, forum and all the information on the Internet on this topic. This still seems to be an unresolved issue. Maybe I still didn't notice the solution?
Best Regards,

The only way I have found to get a decent line in level is to use a little audio mixer with an aux or affects out. Feed your audio into ch 1 -output fader/knob at zero. Take a short cable from the Aux out and feed that into line in of ch 2.
Use gain control on chan 1 in conjunction with aux send level into ch2 to get a good line in level.
Use the ch2 level slider/knob and main output sliders to to control level into laptop or pc. The actual audio signal is possibly distorting but it does give you double the input level.
If you are trying to modulate light level to audio signal you can alter the fixture behaviour using the channel properties configuation.
select one of the exponetial options.
you will get the lights to full with low audio level
