Crash when removing a universe used in running chaser

Hi,

I just think I can reproduce a crash with the following steps:
1. Open the attached testworkspace
2. Switch to operate mode
3. Go to Input/Output Manager and delete universes 4 and 3.

I experienced this crash from 4.12.0 to the October git version of QLC+.
My system is debian buster on amd64 and armbian buster on armhf.

Hope this will help to solve more critical things too as this is not a typical usecase.

But why would you delete a Universe while in production???
