Hi, I'm new for QLC+ ......
I need help for use Bheringer LC2412 controller... Can I use with midi port Out for control QLC+ ???

Yes, it is possible.

Is necessary connect LC2412 via BCF2000, or can i use midi/usb interface ??

You can use midi/usb connection...
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escapes... they don't work anymore
