Missing libraries after make install

Hi!

My name is Glauber, I´m a developer and would start to contribute on QLC+.

After the execution of all steps from https://github.com/mcallegari/qlcplus/w ... -Build-Qt5 , the files have been created on C:\qlcplus (I´m using Win10). (I was expecting an installer, but it seems the exec files itself...). When trying to run qlcplus.exe, it throws some messages about missing libraries: libicuin64.dll, libicuuc64.dll and libpcre2-16-0.dll. I try to find a solution on google and the proposed solution was reinstall the mingw-w64-x86_64-icu on MSYS2. I reinstalled it, make again but the issue persists. What am I missing?
