Web interface messed up

Why does my web interface come up like this. Buttons overlaping and messed up. The same result in all browsers, pads and phone.

Qlc+ version? Os? Workspace file (.qxf) + all custom fixtures?

Windows10/Android Tab/IPAD Air, all the same
