Dear Forum, dear Massimo,

my respect for this wonderful development!

I tried to install your Image to a USB stick (sda0) as RPi 3 is able to boot directly from a stick.

This didn´t work, and I am wondering if its feasable to amend your configuration a little bit to make this working.

I am not very firm in editing or compiling, so keep in mind the solution should be a newbie way :)

thanks for checking on that or maybe another member already has a solution?

Very best regards from berlin

Thanks for this reply.

I already know this way to make a rpi bootable from a usb stick.

If I store the complete installation package from massimo to a usb stick and if I change the device in the config file to sda reference the bootprocess stops with two lines and freezes.

Massimo: is there a reference to sdcard while your image is loading all necessary bootfiles?

Thanks for checking.

Best regards.

No, there is not.

My image is basically a Jessie image with Qt and QLC+ package pre-installed.
You might try the vanilla Jessie image from the RPi site and see how it goes. If you can boot that and not mine, I'll have a look into it.
