Raspberry Audio interfaces not Work in qlc+

Hallo my name is Ronny and i have a question. I work with qlc on an Raspberry 3. qlc workes fine, but only the audio interfaces not work. I used an external USB Interface from TERRATEC. The soundsystems (onboard + Terratec) under Raspian works also fine. But the audio Input/Output in qlc+ say, it is only the standard device present (which does not even work in qlc). I have used raspian and also ubuntu for the raspi, but it is the same problem. Of course i have used the arm- package from qlc. I have also tried the build with compile the code over the github source, but again qlc works fine just not the audio input/output. On a Windows 10 System the Terratec and the onbard sound system works perfekt with qlc+ for windows. The Audio Input/Output tab in qlc show all devices. I know it's a difficult question, but where could be the problem? Or maybe someone has the same problem? Where should be sought first for the cause?
