Frame header stacking not respected

In chase there are two overlapping frames, the head of the frame below appears in the foreground.
I attach the sample file

Tested on Linux and on Windows 10 with build 210. Not reproduced.

Most probably related to z-index in the HTML code.

Posts above moved from Software development.
Issue now fixed on GIT.
