Installation on Windows XP

Hello,
I try to install the new QLC+ 4.11 on Windows XP. The installation ist successfull but I cannot start it.
The error message is: "the procedure entry point "CancelIoEx" is not found in DLL KERNEL32.DLL"
Have you an idea what I can do that it work again?
