Lights Flickering

I just got QLC+ and am excited to use it for my small theater applications but upon hooking it up I am experiencing a random constant flickering in the signal. any suggestions on what this could be? I'm using an ENTTEC open USB dongle with an American DJ par64B.

Had this problem this weekend, too.
Mostly this is related to cables. Also make sure not to check your DMX Adapter as output in only one universe.
