Q Light Controller+

This is the WW/CW COB Wash of American DJ.
I don't have it by myself, but I started to experiment with the software. So maybe someone else wants to test/review.

Added with the following changes:
- the product name is COB Cannon Wash DW (http://www.adj.com/cob-cannon-wash-dw)
- warm white is "Intensity / White", not "Intensity / Yellow"
- let's not shorten things: CW -> "Cool White", WW -> "Warm White"
