pixel archs

Hello I am having a issue with my pixel arches its a 100 pixel arch using 2811 strips these are brand new strips. At first i thought it was cabling but i am running these from a pixlit 16 which has a test mode built into its firmware and they ran fine, then i though networking since there ran with e1.31 so i downloaded jinx and they run flawlessly so i am unsure why qlc is having issue running them. Oh the issue its having is stuttering between matrix steps if you put a solid color they delay to turn on then it seems like it resets because in solid color there on then they turn off after about 30 seconds then come back on. also i have a larger matrix about 450 pixels with the pixlite 16 e1.31 and they run just fine with qlc. Help
