Moving Buttons and windows in virtual console

Another question:

Have a lot of buttons also with odd and even in one window. I wanted to seperate them in two windows. So I made cut and paste, but I lost the background color of all buttons and faders. Is it possible to fix it? Would be fine to move all information including background / forground color and so on.

I found that duplicating a window and then deleting buttons was a lot easier than cut/pasting into a new window.
