which 3d software may i use to get a preview of the lights' positions in my show in QLC+

I use capture. There is a free education version

How do you connect capture with qlc+

for the record of someone finding this thread again:

Through Artnet you connect QLC+ with Capture
All electric machines work on smoke... when the smoke escape from machines... they don't work anymore
