Q Light Controller+

Hi Guys,
on my Windows 10 computer there is no USB DMX output.
Its not in the list in INPUTS/OUTPUTS.
Do i have to activate that?
I have the latest drivers for my DMX4ALL Stage-Profi MK3.
On my MacBookPro its working great.
Does somebody know how to fix that?
I would be happy, if somebody would help me soon.

Do you see it appearing in your hardware settings when plugging in?
if not then try an other USB port (the hardware can't be faulty because it works on your Mac)
if it appears then the driver may be faulty...

Yes, i can see the interface in my hardware settings.
I think the driver must be the right one. I downloaded it from the dmx4all website.
