No lights coming on?

I am using a windows laptop conected to a enttec din ode. I have set the desk up and have faders up so there should be lights on and the software seems to be talking to the node. Is there something I'm missing as I'm at a loss

Are you on the correct channel from your fixture? it happened to me last time then i found out the channel was wrong so i change the channel per my fixtures.
