If the question is whether faders in Scene Editor are externally controllable then the answer is no.

Well..sorry for not being so definite , i have an AKAI APC20 , for playback everything on the virtual console. I would like to use this ( or if its possible other methode) , on writing a scene in fuctions tab.

It looks like you may use Channel Groups: http://www.qlcplus.org/docs/channelsgroupeditor.html

I've never used them myself, so I can't comment, but it looks like you can assign external control to them and they work in Function editor.
