Error when insert an USB during lightshow

During a lightshow I inserted/removed a USB flashdrive. When I do, all the other inputs and outputs are not recognized anymore.

I need to stop the show and select input and output again or QLC crashes.

I use DMXKing ultra micro and bcf-2000.
