Modal Select of Frame On/Off

i would like to suggest to set the state of frame on/off other than only triggering the change between the states
this would allow to use the loopback button to enable or disable the frames in a modal exclusive way.
use case - see file attached, i have only 8 physical faders which based on which button was pressed should move the faders in one of the 5 frames.
At this stage i use the buttons labeled F1 -F5 to disable / enable the individual frames.
I wanted to do something similar to viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9971&p=45858#p45858 but the workaround with the pages doesn't work here because i can not be sure that the user didn't switch the enabled state manually.
