hold scene whit Fade in and out

Hello. I have another drawback .. I am using the blinder the Flash function on the virtual console button .. fine I pressed the button until I have everything turned on .. and I do not let up, so good .. but I wanted this function with a fade in and a fade out .. I tried to put the time in the scene but does not work ..
Obviously only works with on and off but I do not want so because if issuance is always running unless I press a second time ...
which solution do you have?
