I use Qt Creator. I believe it's the best tool to develop on a Qt project.
It perfectly handles Qt projects and it has numerous helpers that speed up the code browsing and creation.
If you download prebuilt versions of Qt, you will always find the latest version of Qt Creator bundled as well.
