I sometimes also experienced problem where I could not click a (toggle) button for a scene, it didn't stay pushed, and nothing happened. I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly, only restart helped. I can't reproduce it intentionally.
I don't have an idea where the problem is, but I suppose that it is somewhere deep in GenericFader/MasterTimer and/or VCButton/VCFrame code. Something like QLC+ thinks the function is already running but it isn't...
I usually prepare everything I can before gig, then I save workspace and restart QLC+ without doing any changes until something is needed.
