Shall I upgrade to QLC+ 5? And how?

Hey guys
I just realized that there is QLC+ 5 already. I am very happy with using version 4.10.3a since last Spring. Shall I upgrade to QLC+ 5 and how do I correctly upgrade without losing any configurations or data of my setup?
Just to be on the sure side.

No there is not. There aren't even test versions for QLC+ 5.

As far as I know there is no release date yet as it is still in fairly early development.
